Dell XPS 15 7590 (or similar) Charger

Hello all!
My laptop (in title) will not charge up and does not recognize my charging cord. It stays at 0%, just enough that it won’t due when plugged in. While I can deal with this temporarily, I’d like to troubleshoot the problem.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could let me borrow it to test if my Jack or my cord is the problem. I can come to you!
