I've seen news headlines and apartment listings that confirm the high rents for this new apartment complex on 4th Avenue. I definitely have my thoughts about it; from the design of the floorplans being pretty bad (for a luxury apartment with a studio costing ~$1500) to their pretty pathetic sustainability efforts, the best one being their use of glass for the windows that can help reduce the heat intake of the building.
Anyone actually looking into or signed the lease for an apartment?
I think it's obvious I'm not a fan of these apartments, and I watched them throughout their construction. Wasn't a fan at the beginning and now that they're on the market, I'm still not a fan.
Edit: The Google reviews are substantial but a decent part of them are from people who haven't even lived their yet, only reviewing their experience with the touring and people who helped them sign the papers (as if employees of the place wouldn't try to get on your good side and convince you in every which way you're making the right decision).
