I just found out that the meter for my water/sewer services 2other properties and my land lord failed to tell me this information when I moved in almost a year ago. I only found out because I called the utility company to ask why my bills have been so high for just one person in a 600sqr ft apartment. Utility confirmed that my meter is for a multifamily home. I called my landlord to look into the problem so we can figure out what to do and now they aren’t answering any of my calls or calling me back after many attempts to get an answer. The landlord not answering gives me a feeling they knew this. Does anyone know if there is anything that I can do about this? This is such an odd situation and I have no clue where to even start
