When she was younger she had big breasts, but not THAT big. If she can use jutsu to make herself look like a 20 year old, and survive being cut in half, she definitely use it to alter body proportions too. The fact she makes herself look younger, kinda implies she wants to look good, and big breasts are absolutely an eye catcher. Another clue is, that in the War arc, when she nearly dies and doesnt have any energy/chakra anymore, she gets very wrinkly and her breasts seem to be a lot smaller again too. What do you think ?
