The aspect ratio on the Android app hasn't been updated in a long time, and due to this, most phones show large black bars on the top and bottom of the app. This feels a little strange considering the app is still updated regularly with new events.
I wanted to encourage my fellow Android players to send Line feedback to support taller displays, and remove these large black bars -- if you feel so inclined, please join me in sending feedback. With enough people requesting it, maybe they'll listen!
In the Tsum Tsum app, click Settings->Help->Inquiries->Inquiries blue hyperlink. Then in the Inquiry Form, LINE GAME -> Disney Tsum Tsum -> Questions -> Comments -> Suggestions, and express your interest in the change. Feel free to copy/paste and change a few words of my message if you so desire:
"Hi! I'm a big fan of Disney Tsum Tsum, and I wanted to suggest making the app feel more suited to newer devices. On newer Android devices, the game has large black bars on the top and bottom of the app display. I would love if the game was updated to support more phone aspect ratios to fill these black bars on the screen. Thank you for your time!"
