Help with Auto Send Please!

Can someone walk me through how to set up an auto send robot? I've never had so many peeps on my list before, and it would be wonderful if I could send out as many as people send to me. I'm having a real Michael Scott moment here, and I feel like I need someone to talk to me like I'm four :P An help would be greatly appreciated!
