Maxing W on Tryndamere???

So I've been doing some research on Tryndamere after deciding to start playing him once again. While I was researching new trends I came across a few op.ggs from the Korean servers. In these op.gg's if you click on their build pathing they max W second right after Q. I haven't played Tryndamere in a while so it would be nice if someone could explain to me why they do this every game.
