I'm using a kraken hull stride grudge build and at 4 items I just seem to never be able to kill tanks, especially in a 1v1. I'd imagine the armour pen from grudge and 3rd hit true damage auto from kraken would help, however it really isn't denting a k'sante, poppy, sej etc. I have no problems sticking to those targets, I just don't do any damage to them while they slowly slap me down. Usually taking lethal tempo as rune of choice. Do i need to switch up my items? or can I just not fight these characters after 20?
