So I know I saw a post from a few days ago about someone that found it hard to temp because their sleep patterns. Never asleep for a long enough interval. I want to read that because I'm having the same problem and I figured it might be helpful to read what people said. I tried searching for it and I couldn't find it. Anyone have the link?
Essentially, I just don't know how to temp since I never sleep for long enough. I always wake up to pee and haven't been asleep for 4 hours yet. Maybe 3 1/2. Then it takes me about a 1/2 hour to fall back to sleep. Then DH's alarm goes off at 6 which is never 4 hours away from when I fell back to sleep. It's frustrating and I don't if 3 1/2 hours is good enough or not even bother with the temping.
