Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm on mobile and couldn't find it.

DH and I want to start TTC around thanksgiving. My question is, when should I stop my birth control if that's the case? I have my yearly check up with my doctor soon and planned to talk to him about it too. Just figured I'd ask you guys since there are some experienced ladies here. Like how long did it take to get your cycle back to normal? I realize everyone is different so it varies but I kinda just want an idea. I'm kinda worried about going off of it since the reason I got put on it is so I'd stop bleeding all the time. I really don't want to deal with that again. Doc said that birth control could have taught my body what normal is and it may have fixed itself but it may not have. We never could find anything wrong that would explain the bleeding either. Birth control fixed it though which is nice.
