Cause of Issue: Bugs were found regarding functions related to the deployment and upgrading of API services in the background of some phone operating systems. After launch, the current monitoring mechanism did not immediately detect problems, which were passively discovered and reported later

Coping Strategy: Through support and social media channels, we made case-by-case replies to instruct customers who experienced issues that our API issue has been solved.

The status page has been updated, and the GitHub issue has been replied to and closed.
