On June 13th, 12:00 PM (PDT) we experienced issues with an AWS server resulting in some of our products and services being unable to be used. We have already assigned a team to fix these issues, and as of now, all services and devices are back up and running. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. P.S. If some Wi-Fi products continue to be offline, you can solve this issue by letting your device automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi after replugging the power supply.
