My friend and I were arguing over our stances on illegal mmigration; and I was saying that I do agree that citizenship should be easier to attain but we shouldn’t reward anyone for coming over illegally they broke our laws; it’s not fair to the legal immigrants who actually came here and busted their asses to get here; they tried mentioning that other people were illegals centuries ago; and I was like that was so long ago dude. Am I wrong for believing that I want it to be fair for everyone, but we shouldn’t reward people for breaking our laws. We should I think if you been a green card holder and have contributed to our county for more than 5 years be legally counted as a citizen.
I agree, illegal immigration should be as close to 0 as it can be. Legal immigration should be expanded. The vast majority of illegal immigrants do not have legitimate asylum cases.
