When I mean leftist, I am talking about socialists and communists. They constantly complain about liberals/Democrats and liberals/Democrats not being progressive enough for them, yet leftists aren't actually getting involved in politics. They aren't trying to get on school boards, they aren't getting involved in local politics, they aren't getting into state politics, they aren't in politics at a national level. They sit back and watch liberals do all the work, while complaining that liberals aren't enacting the policies they want. I don't know why they expect liberals to enact their policies when liberals are still capitalists. Also if they want their policies to be enacted then they need people in the government to push for them. Screaming from the sidelines, isn't helping or doing anything.

Then when presidential elections come, they can't understand why the Green Party can't win. Like what do you expect, the Green Party has not shown the public in anyway that they are a viable party when they don't have any people in politics and they don't have a coalition in congress to help things get passed. Jill Stein comes around every 4 years and goes back into hiding after she loses the election. How exactly is that a person we can vote for? Sure, she tells you what you want to hear but she has not shown any actions that makes me believe she can get the things done.

So leftists, if you want to complain about liberals then you need to get off the sidelines and have actual political action. Stop whining when liberals aren't your perfect candidate, because they never will be.
