Can we be allowed to use GIFs here?

Idk what to say here in the body text but I have to say something so here is a short story by me:
One day a guy was walking home from the store and was looking at his phone. He saw a comment on a Reddit post and wanted to use a GIF but saw that the subreddit didn’t allow it. He then looks up from his phone to see a couple of clowns had just performed a show, but he missed it because he was on his phone. The guy went home sad. The end.
