Introduction

How closely connected are Elder Scrolls characters to each other? And how close are they to Lorkhan?

This was inspired by a discussion on the #memospore2 IRC by Dreadnautilus. It's also inspired by Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon and the wonderful world of graph theory.

Rules

• You can choose any two characters, or a character and Lorkhan.

• Special case: Being in contact with Lorkhan's various body parts counts as an extra edge. For example, the Nerevarine deactivating the heart of Lorkhan would make the Nerevarine's Lorkhan number 2, rather than 1, because there's an extra edge between the heart and Lorkhan. Walking on the moons doesn't count.

• Special case (treated as a general case): Mantling counts as one edge. Talos mantling Lorkhan makes Talos distance 1 from Lorkhan, so his Lorkhan number is 1.

• General case: All other connections count as one edge. For example, Akatosh participated in the creation of Mundus with Lorkhan, so his Lorkhan number is 1.

• Don't go through player characters. "Fargoth met the Nerevarine who battled Dagoth Ur" is not a valid set of edges, because it would link Fargoth and Dagoth Ur with distance 2 through the Nerevarine.

• Don't cheat. "Thalmor hate Lorkhan" is not a valid edge. Neither is "Michael Kirkbride also wrote Vivec" or "both are part of the dream of the Godhead/Anu."

• Format your replies so (maybe) I can have a script ingest them and spit out some type of relationship graph.
