Is it normal to feel less sexually charged after practise?
Post Body

Hey,

I discovered qi-qong last week, and for some reason it just 'clicked' and I was able to achieve non- ejaculatory orgasms almost immediately, multiple at the same time lasting over 10 minutes or even longer. Sometimes they feel separated by about a second, other times it can feel like a single long orgasm. I feel the energy just below my stomach, it's incredibly powerful and feels like a fire.

I am trying my hardest to raise this energy up to get a brain orgasm, however I am unable to at this stage, it's stuck in this position. I find it easier to bring it into my navel area than up my back, but even in my navel area it goes back down to near my penis every few seconds. It feels localized in the area below my stomach and when I breathe in, it disperses and then I get another orgasm.

At the start I had to stop myself from continuing indefinitely because I was enjoying it so much and I was doing it for a really long time.

However, this past couple of days I have noticed a change. I feel as energised as before, and more calm. However, I am finding that after around 12 minutes of orgasm, I suddenly 'lose' my desire to continue and my erection subsides. If I quickly clench my PC muscle and furiously rub, I can re-enter the orgasm and continue again, however it's as if I just don't want to.

I am aware of retrograde orgasms and I am pretty sure it isn't going into my bladder. Usually a small amount of clear fluid will leak out, but it definitely isn't ejaculate.

At the moment this is just self-practise so I am unsure if I would lose my erection if I had a partner, and I've also found that my preference for porn has changed. It's as if my appetite has mellowed and become more stable. Before I started practising, I would get an erection and feel really aroused if the wind blew my way (figuratively speaking but not really), and I'm 30.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this normal?

EDIT: I've just done some reading, and this website: https://revolutionarylifestyledesign.com/how-to-have-male-multiple-orgasms/

says

You’ll feel an orgasm but the sensations won’t be as strong as an ejaculatory orgasm because your prostate, your most powerful pleasure center, will only be minimally involved. You can repeat this process until you can’t orgasm any more, this usually happens when your pc muscle exhausts itself.

Is it possible I've exhausted my PC muscle from doing this exercise multiple times a day from the past week? It does feel very weak right now...
