I wanted to try and complete my dex but, with the release date of x and y drawing nearer I've decided I would rather, for the first time, concentrate on the deeper aspects of the Pokemon VG series.
I've never gotten into EV or IV training but would like to be able to understand all of those aspects in preparation for X & Y and the deeper training methods seeming to be more incorporated into the actual game.
Any advice would be good, I'll be rebooting the game in about 10 minutes and would love to get the full experience (while still catching as many pokemon as possible).
(A little bit of background, I've played every game in the series since blue and red minus ruby and sapphire , but only casually and usually just until I beat the elite four and considered them 'Complete')
Thanks!
