I'm not going to cook for a major Holiday again
Post Body

First of all, I think everything was awesome. My immediate family had no complaints. In fact the only person to complain was my mother. I love her and she does a lot for me but how rude is it to come to my home and critique my food when you don't ever cook for the holidays. The macaroni and cheese was too dry and next time can you leave the garlic out. In my head I am screaming had she not came early it may have been better as it was the last thing I made. And why didn't you cut the green beans in the green bean casserole (that I made from scratch). She made cookies and bought a pie.

I had one day off and I spent it waking up early and cooking for her. Apparently my sister thought it was dry too, she can have an opinion but she didn't tell me, my mom told me, which is polite.

I know these are first world problems. I'm just kinda upset. I called on my second day off today to see how she was and she just complained about a meal I spent hours on.
