1 step forward 3 steps back. One thing I hate about being mentally ill is that no matter how much healing you do and how good life feels like it’s going there’s always that little bug in the back of your brain telling you the opposite and slowly but surely making it’s way back and hitting you like a train. All it took was one triggering movie and iv spiralled back down. I’m sick of being so sick.
