I'm so tired of recruiters that can barely speak English, located in giant Indian call centers who don't care if you get a job or not, asking about roles that they should absolutely know don't match what you're looking for, and wasting your time. It's takes so much patience to stay on the line to confirm that they're not looking for me, but I almost lost it at one today. Part of their job should be reading my resume. The worst part is since I'm jobless, there's always a bit of hope that I cling to when I get a recruiter call that I honestly wish wasn't there because I'm pretty sure it just throws me off and makes me hang up on them less quickly.
