It had spinach, black olives, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, and a parmesan poppy seed dressing on it. I wouldn't say I'm the pickiest eater in the world in general but when it comes to salad I've steered clear my entire life. Not sure exactly why, but of the few bites over my life I've taken of different salad with I was just repulsed by their textures. Today I went up to the salad bar, loaded up a plate, and ate damn near the whole thing. Definitely glad I did but haven't quite figured out where that courage came from.
Tomatoes, I'm coming after you!
