Since the start of the pandemic in 2020 I've been able to go to work and (mostly) continue a normal life as much as one could.
Well, my coworker tested positive for covid, meaning I have to now self isolate for 14 days. Im on day 2 and I'm spiralling.
I've been feeling slightly depressed since the beginning but now I'm not able to leave my apartment or see people in my bubble and its honestly hitting me hard. I genuinely don't know if I'll be able to mentally push myself for 14 whole days, and if I can, I'm honestly scared to see if I can get myself back up again when it's done.
