I’m on some medication that has made it very difficult for me to orgasm. It’s difficult when I’m masturbating, but next to impossible when I’m with a partner.

I still love sex, as I have always loved giving please more than receiving it, but I have found in order to avoid the embarrassment to myself and my partner, when it is clear she is finished, I will fake orgasm. I’m wearing a condom, so I tie it off and dispose of it like normal, so she is none the wiser.

I will say that I am only engaging in casual sex at the moment, I would be honest with a longer term or more serious partner.
