Early Christmas Present!

I just got an email with my COVID-19 vaccine confirmation date! I almost cried when I saw it. As an ER RN for the past 4 years I have seen this horrible aftermath and I am so excited for a possible end of this pandemic! I still see the face of my patient who had to be intubate and being the first death in my county. His death has stayed with me longer than any other patient I have had. I am shaking with happiness 🥳
