I have adhd and I swear to God, going to the gym benefits me so much. Eating protein and being able to grow my strength, skill, and agility is the best dopamine rush and I love seeing my abs devolp and almost looking like I was sculpted by the gods. And looking at how wrestlers and many athletic individuals forms, figure, and workout routine is so cool!
Like damn I wish I could look like a viking from game of thrones ready to slay a dragon! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
It's just so fun and I honestly never been happier. It's such a good dopamine replacement away from social media and everything. It helps me build so much discipline too.
