Nervous to go to the dentist after years of not going
Post Body

So I haven’t gone to the dentist since I was a kid (I’m 23 now so it’s probably been over 10 years) and I definitely think I should go. Not cuz I’m having any issues or anything just because it’s been awhile lol. I made an appointment last month and ended up not going because I’m honestly so scared. I haven’t brushed my teeth regularly in awhile due to mental health issues that I’ve been actively trying to fix. I’m afraid the dentist will make a comment or say something about it. I don’t even know what to expect or how it even works at the dentist. I genuinely get so anxious just thinking about going. I don’t know what to do.
