I can't stand the expectation to smile in USA, thinking about moving to another country

I'm tired of facing hostile looks from other people just because I'm not a natural smiler. People never care to take a moment and wonder if there could possibly be any reason why someone doesn't smile, they just vilify them if they don't. After nearly 28 years of this I'm tired of it. I always wanted to move abroad for many reasons but this is unfortunately one of them. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells most of the time just for being my usual neutral self.
