This has been a prominent issue ever since I touched the internet, where whenever my answer is wrong I would say things like "Yeah, I'm the best at talking out of my ass! You can count on me if you want false information!" and the likes, but it has gotten worse as I grew older, where I would always assume I am in the wrong by default and bashing myself whenever I receive any slight hint of negativity directed towards me. But now I can't even conduct a proper conversation without actively repressing the habit, and I often become bland and uninteresting. As if the only interesting part about me is being a dick towards myself.
What is wrong with me?
