I've been frequenting Pugna and Viper so I usually either win my lane or just straight out dumpster them. I've watched BSJ videos where he just farms a lot and proceeds to harass enemy carries for kills. I've been doing this too to great effectiveness; however, in the past 20 games as Pugna, I've been probably 10 wins and 10 losses at this point (on a major loss streak lately). I'd get two of my core items and then even though I'm creating some space, I still lose the game. It's easy to blame teammates but I'm genuinely wondering where I'm going wrong as a mid after laning stage and what to focus on.
