Magic Damage Core Silencer

2K scrub here. Not sure if someone made a post on this yet but would a magic damage core Silencer be viable?
Kaya has been getting buffs
Silencer has been obviously getting buffs, especially the level 25 talent
I'm not sure when you would get it but Silencer with aghs midgame could be pretty strong too, especially since Veil has been arguably getting buffed too (much more cheaper)
I'm not sure how you would itemise him but bloodstone recently also got a buff with the changes to soul booster
