What are some good first pick supports in this meta?

I usually play pos 4 or 5 support in ranked roles. As much as I don't like to pick first in my 2K MMR bracket, I usually have to in order to preserve team morale.
What are some good/safe first pick supports? Keep in mind, this is 2K MMR where people don't necessarily like to draft a well-rounded team (Ex. I've been on line-ups with zero reliable stuns).
