You know the one. Maggie shows up and 'seduces' Rust after finding out about Marty's second affair.

Am I alone in finding it both extremely hot and anxiety inducing?

On one hand... you just know Rust and Maggie were hot for each other from the day they met. Maggie was one of the few people whose company Rust seemed to enjoy. Giving into lust after all that time denying it because they're both decent people... fans self The first time I watched this series I was so stoked that they finally got it in. Those two had mad sexual tension.

On the other hand, this scene is fucking dark. Both of them are wasted and not in their right mind. It alienates Maggie from both Rust and Marty, and Marty and Rust from each other.

And it feels like a waste! Instead of hot sex leading to more hot sex and maybe a relationship it just all ends in shit. Maggie and Rust always struck me as being really compatible. They're both serious, intelligent, principled, assertive, and level headed. It would have been interesting to have seen them together.
