David talked to God about everything. Even when David was irritated with God, depressed, discontented he talked to God about it.

God called him “A man after my own heart”.

The only area David did not talk to God was about his sexual desires and that’s the very area David failed.

If you are under the 10 commandments, you will be ashamed to talk to God about your sexual desires, frustrations and needs. You will always feel you are breaking 10 commandments when you get these thoughts.

Under Grace, you can freely talk to Jesus because Jesus himself will work through you for God’s good pleasure. He will protect you from adultery.

Your homosexual thoughts, your porn addiction and even simple as looking at a beautiful girl. Talk to Jesus about it on how you feel openly.

He will not only protect you but also keep you in wisdom, he will teach you to respect another human being and not see them as mere sexual objects.

Remember.

But You, O Lord , are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head.~ Psalms 3:3
