I bought a pair of Banana Republic shorts from Poshmark. Boy was I surprised how flattering of a fit they were. I was glad they were dark colored because otherwise I would be showing off more than I feel comfortable with.

Other than vacation I never wore them in public. One night I was feeling bold. I went out with the wife for dinner before we went to a bar for a birthday party. I figured I'd wear them for the first time around friends. Show off a little for the female friends. I also figured the dark atmosphere would hide the bulge if I needed to...I WAS SO WRONG!

When I first stepped in the bar, the drunk birthday boy called me "Python". Later another one of my homies (who has a gorgeous wife) told one of the guys at the bar who was holding  2 beers to, "...buy a beer for that THING!!!!" pointing toward my bulge. The guy looked down and shook his head. Caught the guys peeking a few times.

I got self conscious and went to the bathroom and adjusted as much as I could. The best part, not one of the MANY women there said a word or did I catch sneaking a peek...INCLUDING MY WIFE.
