Failed my 2nd test

I just took my 2nd test today. First one i failed on road test, now i failed again just because 1 stupid mistake that examiner said automatic failed.
So, examiner told me to make a left turn, i took the second lane from the left, and wait until the green turn light, and i suddenly realized it just 1 lane to turn left, so i know it will be danger if force to turn left then i decided to go forward instead ( light was green )
He said that was automatic failed, in situation like that what should i do? Still make a turn even it’s danger? I fucked up again
