We all know that trucking can be one of the absolute worst jobs to keep the weight off. Either you drink 8 liters of coffee a day and smoke 3 packs a day and are slim as fuck, or you eat like a horse and are a fatty, like me. (Don't mean to single anyone out) Has anyone ever had any success on losing weight on the road. I don't mean keeping the weight you are at, but actually losing weight, and what was your secret.
