Forbidden from I-90

I just got assigned a load going from Wallula WA to Des Plaines IL. In the notes of the load assignment it said no taking I-90, I just asked night dispatch and they confirmed it and said to go to Salt Lake City first then take I-80. Any ideas why the company chooses to do this? It’s about 40 miles longer
