[Question] I want to get a game on a different region - how should I do it?

Since I love a game very much (Star Renegades btw) I want to go for a double platinum (I got the platinum in EU but there is one in US and Jap too)
So how should I do it? Can I use a Gamivo or difmark to buy an account or should I create a new one and pay by vouchers? Is there risk involved? Can I get banned or something? Thanks guys
