I'm trying to get platinum and I've still got a way to go but there are some trophies that I'm am unable to get due to skill (I'm an average player) the trophies I'm having most trouble with are

Waste Not, Want Not (Get 3 solo kills with a single clip of reapers shotguns in Quick or Comp)

Power Overwhelming (Keep Zarya's particle cannon above 70 power for 60 seconds in quick or comp)

Rapid Discord (Get 4 kills or assists with Zenyatta's orb of Discord within 6 seconds in Quick or Comp)

The Iris Embraces You (Heal a total of 1500 health with a single use of Zenyatta's Transcendence in a Quick or Comp)

Did That Sting (Get 4 kills with Widowmaker's Vemon Mine during a single match of Quick or Comp)

Mine Like A Steel Trap (Knock an enemy into your Steel Trap using Junkrat's Concussion Mine in Quick or Comp )

Rocket Man (Get 2 killing blows with a single use of Soldier: 76's Helix Rockets in Quick or Comp)

If you have any advice on how to do these easier please let me know
