I have 3d printed an Alto Trombone, based off of a design I found on thingiverse. I am using carbon fiber tubes for the slides, and it even has a leadpipe with a venturi section in it. The lower register from the 2nd to the 4th partial is all in tune, however from the 5th partial onwards it is flat, with the 5th partial being around 20 cents flat, and the 6th partial Bb is a full 50 cents flat (right between the A and the Bb)
I am not sure why there is so big of a difference in pitch between the lower and higher register. Could this be due to air leaks?
