Picking between 2000-current Triumphs

Hey, Iāve had my starter bike for a while now and want to upgrade. Iām not sure exactly what Triumph I want, itās down to T100/120, either twins, or the scramblersā¦ all look so prettyā¦ but just been doing research on them. Which older year model is quality vs non? I know I knowā¦ itās about how well the bike was ākeptā but any years/ makes I should be weary of? Would it be better to just invest in the newest year I can afford?
