Howdy I hope this finds the right crowd.

Im having some issues with bogging on my Triumph, originally it had a hard start condition and required a bit of starting fluid down the air box to get it going, as well as the idle speed changing if you wiggled the O2 sensor wire. but after inspecting the O2 sensor and cleaning out the corrosion, it has no issue starting but will idle at 2K RPM both cold and after getting to temp and drops in rpm to about 500 RPM and completely loses power if any more than ~5-10% of throttle is applied, but will climb in rpm if very little throttle is applied. The bike has ~40 psi fuel pressure, new spark plugs, and a new air filter.

my main theory is either the wiring is still not getting a good connection or the O2 sensor was damaged from the previous owner leaving it off the bike outside for about a year but I'm not entirely sure.

Unfortunately I don't have the proper tools at the moment to check the code as my OBD2 scanner will not recognize the bikes ECU and the ELM327 scanner I bought online ended up not working, so if y'all have any recommendations on what scanner to purchase that works with the triumph ECU as well that would be much appreciated.
