i've only played 1 game of this but I won and enjoyed it

hail of blades/whatever u want 2nd (i went precision for triumph/alacrity)

gore->titanic->flex pen item(edge of night or collector if squishy/BC for busting tanks)->steraks->gargoyle(last item is a flex but I really like gargoyle)

gore gives you crazy good all-in and sustain and enables suicide dives very well, does anywhere from like 200-400 xtra damage throughout the game on a low cooldown. titanic is good for waveclear and compliments HOB well. gargoyle's rounds you out well with some ~1600 extra shield here unless you want to go for more damage.

with ravenous hunter steraks you've got deceptively solid sustain, as well.
