Hi everyone. I used to be a smoker (tobacco and weed) but haven't smoked anything in the last 3 years on account of my anxiety having surfaced due to smoking.
Even when I did smoke I was a super light weight where I would take 3 to 6 puffs max which would get me super high for the night.
I would have those nights where I would have smoked a little more which would cause me to get dizzy to the point where the room would be spinning and I would eventually vomit. This would put me off smoking for a bit until I tried again after a few days.
My question is, does anyone else experience this feeling of dizziness that would 9 times out of 10 only go by vomiting?
Why does it happen? Would love to hear your views.
