Olympia says throw it away after 28 days

I keep it frozen and I don't think that potency is the issue. They said to throw it away after 28 days to assure sterility. Anybody keep it longer?

They told me anything in my fridge was good for 3 months and anything in the freezer could be frozen for 3 months and then in fridge for 3 months.
