Honest opinion on Carbamazepine

I was prescribed Carbamazepine yesterday, picked my prescription up today. I'm seriously nervous about taking them.
Can anyone offer me any advice on how their experience was and what side effects you had? I get that it differs from person to person but I would really like to know the odds of symptoms (I really can't stand nausea and have a genuine fear of vomiting) thanks!
