So who won the lottery and also has tinnitus along with TN?

I have tinnitus in the opposite side of my TN...TN is on the right and tinnitus is on the left.
Its worse if I lay down and less if I stand up....even less if I'm active and moving and even more if I am inactive lol.....it stops for an hour or a day every now and then but I think I'm into 2 weeks of constant ringing and have had only 2 bad TN days in that time.
