Hey i have another question for you guys. I wanted to ask what are the best workouts for tricking. I know tricking is a workout on it own but i ask because I'll really only have time for learning tricking on the weekends and wanted to know what can i do on the weekdays to keep kinda focused. I am also like 5 10 and 250 lbs and im not very flexible so what work outs can i do to keep me in shape for the weekdays and get me more flexible.
