Hey r/tribes,

I started playing the game yesterday, and enjoyed it so much that I got VIP with the 800 gold pack. I was rocking 1st to 3rd place every match, but since I've leveled up to 6 or so, I've been getting matched with people up to level 25.

I've been playing soldier almost exclusively (I unlocked doombringer, but he's apparently useless without mines?) because I find it the easiest to kill people with, but on these servers, I get out-dm'd by everybody. If it were just skill, it'd be okay, but I feel like everyone has vastly superior equipment and more health and energy than me, to boot, and it's extremely frustrating. It feels like Hi-Rez is punishing new players.

That being said, how the hell do I stop getting in last place? Can anyone give me some tips, or add me and help me out?
